He has gained extensive experience in both criminal litigation and legal advice in White-Collar crimes, with a particular focus on corporate, financial, insolvency and tax offences.
He also advises and represents clients in matters involving offences against public officials, as well as offences against the person.
He has assisted companies and individuals in proceedings concerning preventive measures (including non-conviction-based measures), criminal seizure orders and extradition (to and from both EU and non-EU jurisdictions).
