He has recognized expertise (including in non-contentious matters) in Administrative Law, with particular focus on public procurement, public contracts, as well as the energy sector, public services, state-owned and publicly held companies, public employment, urban planning, and independent regulatory authorities.

He has served and continues to serve as Chair and/or party-appointed member of Technical Consultative Boards (Collegi Consultivi Tecnici) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 36/2023.

He regularly assists public authorities in the management of competitive tender procedures.

He also participates as a speaker at conferences and delivers training activities for public officials and professionals operating in the public procurement sector.
